Payment and Shipping Information
All items and postage charges are priced using UK pounds.
All weekday orders made before 2pm are dispatched on the day of purchase via DHL, using the next day delivery service for all UK deliveries. After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the following day. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Deliveries to mainland Europe will arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on location. Certain exclusions apply. Delivery times for items sent outside Europe will vary, but should arrive within 5-7 business days. Every item sent receives a DHL tracking number.
Orders can be placed using a Credit or Debit Card (or PayPal) via our secure online system. Card transactions are processed by Paypal. PayPal accepts Card transactions from non-members.
Alternatively, you can telephone our store in London and we can take your order over the phone. Our opening hours are Mon- Sat 10am – 7pm, Sunday 12pm – 6pm.
Shipping costs are £10 UK, £20 Europe and £30 Worldwide. Certain items such as furniture, will incur individual shipping costs. In these circumstances you will be contacted by the store team for further details.
Once you have chosen your items, enter the shipping address and the cost will be added to your total in the Check Out section.
Any customs fees or local taxes on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges.
All information submitted will not be shared or passed on to third parties and will only be used in processing your order.
Fragrances and Beauty products Shipping Information
Due to strict EU regulations we are unable to send perfumery and beauty products outside of the United Kingdom.
Sales Tax for International Customers
Customers outside of the EU are not liable to pay 20% VAT costs. This sales tax will be deducted from the total when you select your delivery option. Please note that books, magazines and other publications are exempt from VAT in the UK and you will not receive a further discount on these items.

Refunds and Exchanges
THE SHOP AT BLUEBIRD will only provide refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise. Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item to THE SHOP AT BLUEBIRD within 3 days of receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping costs. Customers are liable for return and reshipment costs on all exchanged items. We advise that you insure these items as we will not be liable for items lost in transit.
Exchanged items will liable to additional shipping costs.
We will refund items via the original payment method with 7 working days.
International customers must state 'RETURNED ITEMS' on all packages, or you may be liable for additional charges levied by UK customs.
All orders are subject to availability and any items in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging all details of your order. This email is not the final acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
The Shop at Bluebird reserves the right not to accept your order.
In the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment/that we are unable to ship a particular item for any reason/that any item from your order is out of stock or does not satisfy our QC standards for any reason - we will notify of your order cancellation.
Every attempt is made to ensure that photographs, descriptions and sizes of all garments on the site are accurate, but please be aware that colours and materials can vary. Please contact us at email@example.com if you require further information on any item.
