RETURNS & EXCHANGES
THE SHOP AT BLUEBIRD will only provide refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise. Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item to THE SHOP AT BLUEBIRD within 14 days of receipt via webteam@theshopatbluebird.com. Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping costs. Customers are liable for return and reshipment costs on all exchanged items. We advise that you insure these items as we will not be liable for items lost in transit.
All items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of original receipt.
We will refund items via the original payment method with 7 working days.
International customers must state 'RETURNED ITEMS' on all packages, or you may be liable for additional charges levied by UK customs.
