Please ensure that you arrive 15mins prior to any appointment time to allow for changing and a consultation. If you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be adjusted in consideration of the following client.

In order to offer a fully bespoke service, a consultation is required for all new clients. All personal information is strictly private and confidential
Aromatherapy treatments
Please note that treatments require an initial consultation including skin and lifestyle analysis. This enables the therapist to choose the most appropriate treatments and products. The consultation is 30 minutes in addition to your treatment time, at a cost of £25.
Cancellation policy
Please note that 24 hours notice is required in order to change or cancel any appointments or the full cost of the treatment will be charge. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card.
Gift certificates
Ideal as gifts at any time of the year, Certificates are available for all services and products, please be advised that we are not able to exchange these for cash.

- shower before all body treatments, shower facilities are available in the Spa
- refrain from shaving before any treatment involving a scrub
